Q8 Brytoklean CM

Q8 Brytoklean CM is a liquid concentrate comprising of a blend of alkali builders, sequestrates, corrosion inhibitors and biodegradable surfactants. Specially formulated for use at low temperatures, the solution is suitable for removing a wide range of contaminants that result from machining operations. Q8 Brytoklean CM can be used to clean a wide range of metals and has no adverse effect on alkali sensitive metals such as aluminium. It is particularly useful for Spray Washing Machine applications where only very low levels of foam are generated. Components processed will be treated with a non-nitrite rust preventative that imparts good short term interstage protection for ferrous components.

Q8 Brytoklean pH Buffer

Q8 Brytoklean pH Buffer is designed to give an extension to the useful life of water based on wire drawing emulsion in service, by restoring alkaline pH values. It is important to maintain the pH value of an emulsion at or near its original level to ensure stability and minimal bacterial action. Original anti-rust and corrosion properties are also restored by use of this product. Service life of the emulsion therefore can be extended so that drain and refill can be delayed until convenient and to when it would not interfere with production schedules. Q8 Brytoklean pH Buffer is an organic mixture that can be used without the disadvantage of build up of inorganic salts and with reduced risk of over treatment and is superior to traditional methods of adjusting pH values such as adding caustic chemicals. It is readily dispersible in water based emulsion and is the recommended treatment wherever these are used. Suitable for single sump machines and particularly recommended where large scale centralised systems are in use.

Q8 Brytoklean TR

Q8 Brytoklean TR is a medium duty liquid concentrate containing a blend of alkali builders, sequestrants, corrosion inhibitors and biodegradable surfactants that are specially formulated for use at low temperatures. The solution will remove swarf, dirt machine oil and metalworking coolants from such components as machined castings, cylinder blocks, gear components and general machined parts. Q8 Brytoklean TR provides excellent cleaning performance and with its nitrite free rust inhibitor imparts good short term protection, it can be used for inter-stage or final stage washing.

Q8 Brytoklean YM

Q8 Brytoklean YM is designed to remove oils, greases and medium duty soils typically encountered on finished engineering goods or components at an intermediate stage of production. The product is fully compatible with sensitive metals (Aluminium) whilst a powerful corrosion inhibition package provides protection to ferrous metals.
