Q8 Cemol 160

Q8 Cemol 160 is a chemical release type mould lubricant classified under CS category 2. It is designed to react chemically at the concrete mould interface giving excellent release characteristics and surface finish. Q8 Cemol 160 is a balanced blend of mineral oil and surfactant chemicals giving a pale amber and low odour product.

Q8 Cemol 443

Q8 Cemol 443 is a CS Category 2 chemical release agent which reacts chemically as well as physically with the concrete to form complex soaps giving significantly improved release characteristics and surface finish. It is a pale amber coloured, balanced blend of mineral oil and surfactants in a low viscosity carrying material.

Q8 DA Vinci LS is suitable for steel, wooden, synthetic or resin coated moulds. Biodegradable according to CEC-L-A-93

Q8 Da Vinci N

Q8 DA Vinci N is a biodegradable concrete mould release oil that is designed for use in the manufacture of tiles, fence posts, thin flat sections and other prefab elements of average to somewhat higher quality. Q8 Da Vinci N is suitable for steel, wooden, synthetic or resin coated moulds and is especially suited for direct release. Biodegradable according to CEC-L-A-93 Meets the approvals of Kijlstra in Drachten (Holland) and Schellevis in Dussen (Holland)

Q8 Da Vinci XA

Q8 Da Vinci XA is an anti-sticking oil based on highly refined oil for asphalt plants, asphalt truck containers and for cleaning of the tools at the work site. Biodegradable according to OECD 301B Meets the requirement of German ‘Blue Angel’ and Nordic ‘White Swan’ ecolabelling.
